Nothing positive. The communication was absolutely unprofessional, there was no assistance at all, and the information about the services offered was wrong.

The hotel sits in a quiet spot and the staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and simple. I wished there had been a larger light in the room entrance so that evenings and nights were better lit. The WhatsApp check‑in and phone‑controlled door opening worked well, but it would help to clearly name each door opener in the access program, for example by specifying the gate at the check‑in terminal more precisely.
