“Very lovely overnight stay”

I had a lovely stay at Benslow Music School; the staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and the whole place had a nice vibe. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Thanks to the team.

Breakfast was superb, but the room was a disaster: it had been occupied before, left dirty with no fresh linen or towels, was a disabled‑facility room instead of the single room I expected, and did not match the description.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast offered many options; the rooms were cozy and warm, making it ideal for short stays, but the shower pressure could be better and the bedsheet had stains.
