I had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel! The customer service was exceptional. I had accidentally booked the wrong check‑in date, but the hotel staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. They amended my booking and, thankfully, had a room available for me to check in — I really appreciated how accommodating they were. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, and I loved the high ceilings, which made the room feel even more open and relaxing. The fridge was also fully stocked with drinks at very reasonable prices, which was a nice touch. I also had breakfast at the hotel, and the food was amazing! There was plenty of choice and everything was delicious. Another thing I really appreciated was being able to leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out, as my flight wasn’t until later that evening. It made my last day in Cairns so much easier. The location is fantastic too, the hotel is right next to the hospital, directly opposite the Esplanade, and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and other places of interest. Overall, I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The friendly service, beautiful room, great food and convenient location made my stay very enjoyable. I will definitely be returning and will happily stay at the same hotel the next time I’m in Cairns! ❤️

“Gute Unterkunkt”

Very clean accommodation; parking was no problem if you walk a few meters. Check‑in was completely without staff. Large bathroom or large shower and a refrigerator in the room. We were not clear at the time of booking that the two rooms on the ground floor had no direct daylight. There is a covered terrace with a roof hatch in front of the window. Since we never stayed in the accommodation during the day, it was not an issue.

“An ideally placed boutique hotel with great staff.”

This is a great little boutique hotel that is about a 20 minute walk along the lovely esplanade to the town centre. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfasts were delicious as were the meals we had on an evening. The service staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay there in early September.
