A guesthouse that offers good cost performance. Depending on the clientele at the time, it’s relatively clean. The toilet and washbasin are somewhat dirty. The front‑desk staff didn’t understand Japanese, so Japanese guests should be careful.

The location is near a grocery store selling fresh vegetables and fruits without air conditioning, and I see lots of locals coming and going. At the hostel door then turn right, then left at the first intersection, more than 50 m it’s on the right side. They offer the lowest price in Gion, so a lot of people come and go. At night and morning, we wait our turn for the shower and restroom.

I thought the price was very cheap, yet the shower next to my room was broken and no hot water came out.

Great location near the metro station and bus, right in the Geyshas neighborhood close to very nice, central spots. Kyoto is beautiful and this hotel works well as a base. It was noisy at night from people returning from parties.
