The location, décor, and friendly staff were all good; I liked the in‑room coffee machine and toiletries, and I was happy with every aspect of the hotel.

The location was fabulous, the staff lovely, and the room stylish and well‑furnished, but if you’re older, traveling with large suitcases, or staying on a higher floor, the lack of a lift and the winding staircase can be a hassle.
