Breakfast was good, but we would strongly suggest adding a few more items to the live‑cooking counter to give guests more variety. We were disappointed with the room allocation: I had booked a queen‑size room well in advance, but upon check‑in I was told it was unavailable. After waiting, the front desk gave me a room with two single beds instead. The property did not honour the guaranteed room type I paid for.

The cleaning staff, the location, and the value for money were all great. My room, however, had no window to look outside.

The place is clean and close to all shops, but toiletries and towels were missing; Asad asked for them and the staff said the hotel was full, so we had no towels, indicating they should maintain a better stock.
