“Muhteşem”
The tesis is very nice, the staff are very good, the breakfast is very nice, clean and hygienic hotel There is nothing I did not like
“Mohammed made one feel so comfortable. His energy and presence outstanding.”
The manager Mohammed was the highlight of our visit; he was exceptionally helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. The breakfast he served was more than outstanding, and we’ll definitely return. A suggestion: perhaps fit some noise‑cancelling rubber on the inside frames of the doors.
The hotel’s location, room cleanliness, balcony, and the staff’s friendly demeanor were all very good. I didn’t like how small the bathroom was.

We had stayed at Hermes before, and the reason for choosing it again was its beachfront location. The rooms had been refreshed, feeling more spacious and nicer. The reception officer, Muhammed Bey, was truly kind, helpful, and seemed to enjoy his work—thanks for his hospitality. The only downside was that rooms facing the castle side could hear live music and city sounds at certain times in the evening during the summer.
The location was great, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
