Proximity to the road. Everything. The hotel needs renovations. Moldy walls, torn pillows, loose toilet, stained bedding. No shampoo, only soap. Breakfast had moldy items.

The local staff were helpful, and the restaurant offered a varied menu at fair prices; the food was well prepared and tasty. However, the bathroom leaked and soaked the floor, there was no shower enclosure, and the apartment door lock wouldn’t secure. The restaurant TV volume was too loud.
