The cleanliness and service at this hotel were top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless. However, there was one major issue - the entrance to the bathroom was ridiculously high, and a step would've been a nice touch. It was a bit of a pain to navigate, but overall, the pros outweighed the cons.

We stayed in the two-room suite, which was really nice and clean. The staff was also super responsive and helpful. However, the hotel's lack of kitchen facilities was a bit of a letdown. They do offer breakfast, but if you want to cook your own meals, you're out of luck. It's not a huge deal, since there are plenty of restaurants and delivery options nearby, but it would've been nice to have some basic cooking facilities.

This place was a total disaster. I've stayed in some rough spots before, but this one takes the cake. The whole experience was just a mess from start to finish. The staff seemed clueless, the rooms were tiny and uncomfortable, and don't even get me started on the cleanliness. I wouldn't recommend this dump to my worst enemy.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - it's right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. However, there was one annoying issue with the room layout. The door between the front hall and the bedroom didn't have a way to keep it open, which was a bit of a pain for us as a family. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but it was a bit inconvenient.
