The hotel sits right in the heart of Sanset‑town, and it has a lift and a friendly staff that try to help with anything. The room’s interior is pleasant and comes with a balcony, plus the bedding and towels are clean. The main downside was the construction noise – loud from 7:00 am until evening, with a site directly opposite the hotel and another in the adjacent building. I expect the opposite site to finish in a couple of weeks, so this place is only suitable for short stays. The room’s renovation isn’t very fresh, the hotel isn’t new, but the price was good compared to other options.

The air‑conditioner leaked water onto the desk and floor, but they fixed it after five days. The shower is positioned between the sink and the toilet. The location is great.

The location is convenient, the room is beautiful with a lovely view, and the price is reasonable. The bathtub floor isn’t sloped, so after a shower water stays on the floor and takes a long time to dry.
