“Avoid this place if you value reliability or professionalism.”
Avoid this place if you value reliability or professionalism. I had a fully confirmed reservation, only to be informed on the actual day of check-in that the room was suddenly “still fully booked” and unavailable. This left me scrambling to find accommodation last minute in Bali. The property admitted the issue themselves, and had to step in, cancel the reservation free of charge, and arrange relocation support because the guesthouse could not honor a confirmed booking. This kind of overbooking and last-minute cancellation is extremely irresponsible, especially for travelers arriving tired, with luggage, transportation plans, or no backup option. A confirmed reservation should mean something. Unfortunately, at this property it apparently does not. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time and trust
The rooms were clean and the area was quiet. I do not recommend this place. I was hit by a car in front of the hotel and managed to get back to my room. I stayed in my bed for a few hours, but my condition kept getting worse. I called the emergency services, but they did not speak English and asked me to have someone from the reception call them to explain exactly where I was. The receptionist told me he had no credit on his phone. But 112 is a free call. He simply did not want to help me. This is called failing to assist someone in danger. I am now leaving the hospital with multiple fractures. I do not understand this kind of behaviour in a service job.
I stayed next to a warung that made eating super convenient, the place was spotless, the staff were very friendly, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the internet connection was great.
“Искренне рекомендую!”
I stayed for three weeks and everything was super! The staff were very welcoming, they offered cleaning every day and the place was very clean, the internet was excellent, and I lived on the third floor with sunset views—though the neighboring construction slightly spoils the view, it doesn’t really interfere with living. Everything I needed was within walking distance, a tasty warung was right on the corner, an exchange office opposite, and all shops and pharmacies were nearby. The Spicspan laundry was close by, and the beach was a 20‑minute walk away. The water pressure was initially weak, so you have to open the second tap for a second to get it right. Also, someone took my fruits from the fridge; I hope they were good.
