The setting was beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful. The staff excelled in every aspect of the hotel, and the attention to detail was fantastic.

The overall vibe was lovely, but we checked in late because we were attending a hot air balloon event, so we missed out on enjoying the facilities as much as we’d hoped. The bathroom door in room 414 wouldn’t stay closed unless it was banged shut or locked. We booked a spa treatment at 11.20 on the 24th and asked about a late checkout; they offered 12.30 free of charge, which wasn’t enough. We requested a 1pm checkout and were charged €40, which was disappointing.

The setting was super as were the staff. I did think was upgraded room was going to have a view but overlooked roofs unfortunately
