The location was very good and ideal for families with children; the hotel was clean. Thanks to Barmaid Nihal for the fantastic fruit cocktails she made for my son. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The furniture isn’t bad but could be improved.

When we arrived, the front desk handed us a room that wasn’t the one we’d booked, and no one mentioned it. We only noticed after we checked the room ourselves. Going back to reception, the staff admitted they’d put us in a temporary room until our booked balcony room was ready, but they never told us at check‑in. Had we not questioned, we’d have stayed in a standard room instead of the extra‑paid balcony room. They finally moved us to the correct room, but that one had a leaking bathroom sink that sprayed water everywhere whenever we turned on the faucet. The poor communication at check‑in and the maintenance problems made the stay disappointing.

The view from the beautiful balcony is superb, but everything else is terrible. The air conditioner is old and doesn’t work, there’s no hot water in the showers or the bathroom, and there’s a bad smell coming from the toilets. The wardrobe is broken in places and missing a couple of doors. The ceiling is damaged in spots. On top of that, nobody showed me the room; they just handed me the key and left me to find the room on my own. The breakfast was poor—just a makeshift arrangement, but the place where it’s served is (superb) right in front of the sea. The hotel has great potential if the people running it know how to maintain it.

The location of this hotel is great, but that's where the positives end. When I arrived, they tried to palm me off with a tiny economy room that looked nothing like the picture. The AC remote was missing, the toilet didn't work, and the fridge was broken. They eventually upgraded me to a standard room, but the fridge still didn't work, and the lights were flickering. The breakfast was mediocre, and the pastries were inedible. For 550 euros, I expected a lot more.
