Unbeatable value for money, great vibes, and genuinely nice hosts. I felt very comfortable. The common area is good, and overall the whole property is designed so you can meet other guests while still maintaining privacy. The air conditioning works well, there's a small supermarket right next door, and the location is generally good, right on Mail Street but still away from the hustle.

The location was far enough from the loud party spots, yet still within walking distance. We booked a stay with breakfast, but were told on the spot that the chef had left. Luckily, Arugam Bay has plenty of places to grab a bite, and the stay ended up being cheaper.

“Relax a pochi passi dal mare”

A clean room just a few steps from the beach, with great hospitality and help for anything we needed—tips on where to go, where to exchange money, and arranging our transport. On the last day we had a late bus, and they let us keep the room until dinner time at no extra charge so we could enjoy the day and settle back before leaving. The common lounge area had comfy sofas and nice fans, and a fridge stocked with bottled water.

The place was well‑located on the road but quiet, very close to the beach. The staff were very friendly. Nothing else to note.

“In un’ottima posizione e super confortevole”

The property was in a super convenient spot, just a few meters from the beach and on the main road of Arugam Bay. The staff were extremely kind and even let us stay an extra night. The rooms were comfortable, fairly clean, and quite spacious. Nothing negative.
