I couldn’t enjoy anything because the whole hotel was dark after a power outage when I arrived, and although I agreed to wait for the electricity to be restored, the front desk kicked us out at 2 a.m.; the hotel had power but my room didn’t, and instead of finding another room with electricity, the staff simply refunded us and told us to find another hotel in the middle of the night—imagine doing that to a female guest. The electrical infrastructure is terrible, with frequent outages, a non‑functional generator, and no fire safety measures like emergency lights or alarms.

The staff were friendly and cheerful, but the power outlets were placed too high, making them inconvenient.

The room quality was awful, with a dirty floor and a strong odor despite the staff asking us to keep it clean. Mold was hanging from the ceiling, and the room had no windows and felt cramped, unlike the photo on Booking that promised a larger space. The front desk charged a high rate for a small room and did not list any product details or prices for drinks and amenities.

The staff were friendly, but our stay fell far short of the positive reviews we had read. The lack of soundproofing meant we could hear everything in the room, and the bed linens were gray; even after requesting a change, we received identical sheets. The window wouldn’t close, adding to the cramped discomfort, and the shower door also stayed open, keeping the bathroom damp. During our two‑day stay, housekeeping never entered the room, and some guests left trash bags right at the door, leaking and creating an unpleasant scene. Overall, the experience was very negative, and the reviews we saw were misleading.
