The family trip was the best ever; everything was perfect.

The water was terrible—muddy and low quality—and even after telling the staff several times they ignored us. The geyser kept turning off, so we stayed 2 days, paid 4000, yet struggled to bathe. The room had no mat at all, and when we mentioned it, nothing changed.
