Very cozy and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. The manager is approachable for any request. Breakfast is delicious! My family and I are delighted. No drawbacks.

The location is near Old Town but far enough from the noise. Quick response from Tuan! Nothing else.

The location is very convenient, 10 minutes on foot from the center; I chose the breakfast the night before and it was prepared on the morning. Tuan is always available via WhatsApp messages.

The bathroom and room were clean with good lighting, and the staff were friendly. The show was nice, and the neighborhood was quiet, far from city noise. The “breakfast included” setup felt odd because they set you up at a small table in the lobby; the fruit was delicious but the arrangement seemed a bit strange.
