Plymouth Suites

The room was comfortable, but it wasn't ready until after 5 pm.

“Location was convenient , but not a great room. Kinda pricey for what is provided. No staff as this is like an Airbnb”

The location is great for visiting downtown Plymouth, and you can walk to all the shops and restaurants, yet the bathroom smelled musty, had no fan, an awful shower curtain, and very little counter space; lights in the room were on timers that kept turning on at night, and even after using the remote to turn them off they would come back on every so often, which was weird, and there was no coffee in the room.

“Was a nice place to stay”

There was no breakfast, but the room was clean and tidy; however, the lack of breakfast and poor parking were issues, and guests upstairs ran through the halls around 3 am.

It took two hours after the stated time for the room to be ready.

“It was overpriced for the quality and service for a one night stay.”

Typical check out time of most hotels is 11:00a.m. The check in time was 3:00p.m. The room was not ready till after 5:30p.m. 6 1/2 hours till the room was ready is unacceptable. Once in the room the t.v. remote did not work. This hotel doesn't have a conventional front desk, they email you the door code number. Luckily the maid and laundry were next to the room and got me a working remote. About 1:00a.m. the smoke detector low battery alert intermittently went off all night. Conveniently located near our destination Road America racetrack. The hotel had nice racecar art throughout the hotel
