I enjoy my time at Freepoint, feeling very comfortable and relaxed. I just need to plan my visits better so I can spend the time I’d like. There’s nothing I’d dislike, except that when the hotel is booked and busy I can’t get either of my top choices.

I love staying at Freepoint; it’s one of my top two favorite hotels. I enjoy the location and always have a relaxing, comfortable stay. I didn’t find anything I disliked, except that I was priced out during the busy season. I hope to return next month.

My confirmation shows a total room price of US$1,432.25, but my hotel folio lists US$1,685.00 in room charges plus a separate US$100 pet fee. Please explain the US$252.75 difference and confirm whether an adjustment or refund is due.

Easy to find, Starbucks attached, nice bartenders. Breakfast looked awful, and the room was 5‑7 years past its sell‑by date.
