“HORRIBLE EXPIRIENCE NEVER COMING AGAIN!”
Absolutely nothing. There was no wifi, rooms were unclean and smelly, no hot water, all amenities were rotten and old, bedsheets were dusty and dirty. We had to checkout after a night stay eventhough we booked for 3 nights. Staffs were also not supportive. No refund we received

“Disappointing Stay”
I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, which was a nice touch, but the state of the room was a different story altogether. The pillow, bed sheet, and towel were all old and not clean, and I even spotted some long hair under the blanket. It was a bit of a shock, and I had to change the towel and make a few requests to get the room up to a decent standard.
During my stay, it met our expectations. The staff were very approachable, the rooms were clean, and the free breakfast was a big help.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. The front office staff were the only redeeming feature, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the rest of the subpar experience. The air conditioning in my room was broken, and I had to endure a sleepless night due to the swarms of mosquitoes that seemed to come with it.
