Great location, fantastic apartment

“Preis-Leistung ist nicht besonders, das geht besser, da wir schon oft in Waren übernachtet haben.”

Good breakfast, nice outdoor seating area under the cover, TV with many channels. The beds creaked and the mattress was very uncomfortable, with a deeper middle that quickly strained my back. The refrigerator buzzes loudly, the room is small and cramped, the bathroom floor creaks throughout, and the same happens in the neighboring rooms because you can hear them whenever they use the bathroom.

The staircase to the first floor was long and very steep. Since there is no elevator, this should be mentioned in the description.

“Waren ist eine schöne Stadt und die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, vor allem mit dem Fahrrad sind vielfältig”

Good breakfast, close to the harbor, helpful and friendly staff, nice garden. We booked a double room with balcony, but the balcony was the leaf walk with a table and chair in front of the neighbor’s toilet window. We imagined something different under a balcony.

Good location, friendly staff, functional room. The room was too dark for us.
