Very upset, sir. Why do you say the rooms are full when I already reserved the room on 10 Sep?

Ease of booking and free cancellation, but the receptionist behaved very badly, refused to allow two people in a room despite an upgrade request, showed no concern, the lift was under repair while the hotel was on the third floor, there was no car parking, and overall it was not welcoming.
