The staff were friendly and the hotel was cheaper than most in the area, but it was very outdated, needed a major remodel, the sink didn’t drain, and there were cracks and debris on the walls.

The place sits in a decent spot, but bugs, drain flies, and slugs were in my room, and a woman doing drugs in the parking lot kept harassing me; when I mentioned it to staff they shrugged it off as occasional, which makes the high price feel unjustified—more like a cheap, sketchy motel in a bad area than something linked to Wyhdam.

We found the towel supply insufficient and had to fetch them ourselves after calling the front desk, and the bed linens were filthy; also, it would help to have someone on staff who speaks English as a first language.
