The place was clean and the rooms were spacious, but the hand‑washing station had a rotating spray faucet that was hard to adjust and sometimes sprayed through the bathroom wall; they also didn't offer luggage‑carry service like other hotels.

The hotel’s Japanese style, systems, and management were all very good.

The staff from security to reception were all helpful, there were fancy charging stations for the MRT, free ice and coffee, and the new rooms were clean.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were good, and parking was plentiful, which I really liked; the Wi‑Fi could use improvement.

The hotel felt new and modern, but the bathrooms had an odor.
