Luna Blu - Luxury B&B

The host was very friendly and we were welcomed in an exceptionally warm way, receiving thorough information. The room was spacious and well kept, even offering bathrobes. A generous continental breakfast was ready and a fruit basket was provided. Nothing negative comes to mind.

“Disappointed with Advertised accommodation.”

The spa was nice and the location was good. However, the advertised balcony didn’t exist, so that was misleading. The “Continental” breakfast was just the usual items you’d find in any decent motel, with no pastries as a continental breakfast should have. One afternoon my partner felt ill and we returned to the room late; the key wouldn’t open the main door, and the host’s phone didn’t answer and didn’t allow voicemail. I texted, and the host arrived shortly after. I was asked if I’d tried the back door, which seemed inappropriate for a private residence, and we weren’t told about any other access. The host then said, “This never happens, but I should change the batteries…” The room should have had a microwave and kitchenette, but there was nothing to cook or prepare food. The so‑called communal area was just the host’s lounge, not a dedicated space for paying guests. The five‑star and luxury claim was a bit exaggerated, and I feel we overpaid for the standard and size of the accommodation.

The room and other facilities were spotless, complete, and luxurious. The place is great and the hostess is very nice. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was really good, with plenty of choices like cereal, spreads, and yogurts. The mattress wasn’t that good, sorry.
