The staff were responsive.
I found the place in a fantastic position, right next to shops and restaurants, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Niaijin Rd.
“Buena ubicación, limpio y cómodo”
The location was perfect, the place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast could be a bit better, and the elevator is a little cumbersome but not as annoying as some comments suggest.
The place was clean and close to a lively street, but there was no clear explanation of the hotel entrance and the location was inaccurate.
