The bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable, but there was no breakfast. The staff tried to move us to a second‑floor room, claiming the first floor was booked, and we ended up in the rear of the unit. At 6 AM the next morning there were only two other vehicles in the motel. In previous stays the staff were welcoming and the motel was usually full of friendly miners from the nearby trona mines, but this time the miners were absent and the staff were neither friendly nor competent; I don’t think I’ll return.

The price was good, but there were moths in the room and I hate bugs.

Great price and nice staff, but the smoke alarm started chirping at about 2 AM and wouldn’t stop; I went to the office but no one was working, so I removed the alarm. The staff let me check out later that day because I had lost a lot of sleep, and the alarm clearly needs a new battery.

The room had a microwave and refrigerator, but it could use one more chair and a bit more cleaning.
