Nothing positive to mention. First, the hotel is not part of the chain and rejected the rates offered by Booking, claiming to be independent. Second, two callers tried to collect payment via a link while I was en route, but I wanted to see the property first; the callers never worked there. Third, the room was unclean—no sweeping or mopping—yet we stayed because of its proximity to the hospital where we were caring for a critical patient. Fourth, the steps to the entrance were steep with no handrails, making it difficult for anyone with back pain to climb. There was no water or food facility.

“Just book some other hotel (not for family, trust me)”

The hotel was absolutely messy with no focus on cleanliness. Everything was broken—from the bathroom mirror to the sanitary fittings—and dust and spider webs covered the rooms. The AC remote didn’t work, and the sliding window was broken and couldn’t be opened. It felt shady, with people constantly coming in and out with their faces covered. The bedsheets were stained, and the staff, while not overtly rude, were very unwelcoming—I had to beg just to get simple drinking glasses. Despite repeated requests, no food menu was provided during my entire two‑night stay. The photos online look AI‑generated; the staff even admitted the images were edited. I strongly do NOT recommend this place, especially for families. I felt extremely embarrassed booking this hotel in front of my family, and it remains the worst hotel experience of my life.
