The welcome, the well‑maintained spaces, the cleanliness, and the convenient location are all excellent. The Campailla terrace is one of those places you don’t want to leave; you’d like to stay longer to fully enjoy the space; the stunning terrace; the comfort of the rooms. Sonia was very helpful and attentive to every detail. I found a reference point for any future trip to Modica and will recommend it to everyone!

The room is delightful with a lovely shower corner, everything you need in a small space, simple breakfast, and a terrace that doubles as a drying area—dreamy. Sonia is very nice; I’d gladly return and will definitely come back :)

The location is absolutely perfect—central and super convenient for walking around Modica. The place is clean, and the host was always ready to help with anything. I liked the shared terrace and the small common room with a microwave, coffee machine, and a few items for a quick breakfast. Parking is paid right nearby; with a bit of luck you can snag free spots on the slightly farther white lines. The only downside was that our room was really tiny and quite basic in terms of comforts, but nothing else negative.

The room was tidy and offered a nice view. The staff were friendly, and there were plenty of restaurants close by. Breakfast at the adjacent little restaurant was fine. The mattresses felt rather firm.
