The bathroom amenities and TV were fine, but the fire alarm light seemed to flicker while I was sleeping.

The hotel was clean and airy; I was on a business trip and arrived early, so the staff let me check in early and upgraded my room for free. I’ll definitely stay again when I return to Pleiku.

The hotel is brand new and the service is excellent, but I still love it.
