“Ich werde es noch mal versuchen ;)”

The single room was small but unconventional and tastefully designed. The isolation and the free parking were perfect for me. The staff were mostly friendly. Overall the building looks very well restored, including the restaurant (except for the part where I sat on the first evening). I had booked the Sunday brunch for the staff; it was far too crowded and the refilling of dishes was slow to non‑existent. The breakfast was also very sparse, probably because only three breakfasts were booked. For vegetarians the restaurant is a challenge.

“Neat place with some reservations”

The place was tidy with both indoor and outdoor dining, a classic bierstube, a garden room and a biergarten, and the dinner menu was nice. I loved the room, its clever use of space and how comfortable it was. I wasn’t happy with the room’s orientation; I requested the back side of the building, which faces the forest and is quieter. Breakfast was just okay.

“Wunschlos Glücklich”

The quiet, the excellent dinner (wild dishes), and the parking were great. The breakfast times could start earlier. For business travelers who need to start at 08:00, 07:00 is too late.

We tried something different. The style appealed to us, unlike a typical hotel. It had a special vibe.

“Für die eine Nacht waren wir sehr zufrieden.”

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is the smallest I’ve ever seen; it was filling but unfortunately there were few vegetarian/vegan options and little fruit. Tea could also be included in the buffet.
