Very bad. Very bad situation

“awful”

Honestly, the state of this place was a total disaster. The bathroom was filthy - I couldn't even use it because of the dirty toilet paper and the shower was disgusting. And if that wasn't enough, there was mould everywhere on the ceiling, it was crazy. The service was also super bad, didn't feel like they cared at all.

This hotel's got some great perks - the staff are really lovely and it's super convenient. They let me store my bags before my flight which was a lifesaver. Plus, it's close to loads of shops and food places, so that's a bonus.
