I only stayed one night and didn't eat out, so I missed the minibar and kettle, but the shared kitchen next door had everything I needed. Andrew was a friendly host and we chatted about various topics. It takes about 3 minutes to reach the main strip on Milford Road, where plenty of food spots and bars keep everyone satisfied. Walking to the airport takes 10–12 minutes, but a taxi costs 60 TT dollars, and a shared taxi is under $10 if you return that way.

The price‑performance ratio is excellent; you get what you pay for. A big shout‑out to Andrew, the owner, who is always present, approachable, offers tips, and is very helpful. He gladly takes time for small talk.

“The overall rating is ~5 ⭐️”

The location is good for starting to explore the island’s main attractions, but I was unlucky with noisy neighbours. Loud music around the property made it hard to sleep, as quiet hours after 10 p.m. were ignored and the music sometimes continued into the morning. The living area wasn’t cleaned during my stay, and there were cockroaches in the shower. I stayed there for more than a week, which was disappointing. Still, the host was reasonable, friendly, and helpful.

“Excellent Stay - Close to City/ Food/ Beaches”

The place is in a great spot, feels safe and convenient, and has easy access to beautiful beaches and the city. It’s a nice mix of relaxing by the coast while staying close to shops, restaurants, and other attractions. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
