The atmosphere in the hotel was surprisingly pleasant, but it was a bit surreal to be the only person having breakfast at the buffet - it felt like I had the place to myself. Unfortunately, the emptiness of the hotel was matched by the lack of service and attention to detail.

This hotel's got a certain charm, but it's definitely showing its age. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the decor's a bit dated. It's not the worst place to stay, but it's not exactly a luxury experience either. Overall, it's an okay choice if you're on a tight budget.

The view from my room was stunning, with a breathtaking panorama that made up for some of the hotel's shortcomings. Unfortunately, the staff didn't quite live up to expectations - they were unfriendly and unhelpful, and seemed more interested in ignoring our requests than in providing good service. The breakfast was a letdown too, with some of the fresh items being inedible. To top it all off, the room was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable.

Location and the food at the restaurant, breakfast, lobby, and room service are great. Enjoying the open air of Abha mountains. No phone chargers. The note that the old three‑wire chargers can be replaced with the new ones in the room wall. Turning on the TV is somewhat complicated.
