The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and in good condition.

The room was clean and in a good location. Linen was also clean and appropriate. The room was too small. Literally a matchbox, not fit for 2 people. The toilet doesn't have door. Very uncomfortable to have number 2. I feel I was given a room for 1 person when I booked for 2

Can I please get my refund since I didn't sleep at the place? They were dropping my calls and not attending the gate; I was almost being hijacked right in front of the gate.

The host here is a real gem - super friendly and went out of her way to help me out whenever I needed it. The place itself is super quiet, which was exactly what I was looking for. I felt like I was in a little oasis in the midst of all the hustle and bustle.
