The location was good with free parking and the room was spacious, but there was no elevator and the bed felt a bit small. What bothered us the most, and was embarrassing, was that they advertised vegan options, I mentioned it when booking and checking in, and they practically had none. Even the staff didn’t understand what we meant. All we got was oat milk, a lot of jam, a little paprika and cucumber slices, and a spread sausage. That’s not breakfast. Hummus, more fruit variety, plant‑based yogurt, spreads would have been welcome. Especially in a country like Germany that leads with vegan products, you can expect better. I booked this hotel for the vegan breakfast, so it’s a shame they didn’t keep their promise.

Check‑in was smooth and the staff were friendly. Despite the high outside temperature, the hotel rooms were pleasant and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom is a bit dated and there are no direct hotel parking spots.
