I appreciated how easy it was to reach the concert venue, but when we entered our room the bathroom looked unclean; the body wash container was covered in soap scum and hair, so I had to go to Walmart and clean it myself.

I didn’t like much except the location; breakfast closed an hour early, the AC didn’t work, the construction inside the main entrance was in terrible disarray and we could barely navigate safely, everything was a mess, and they should have shut down during this renovation.

The location is good, but the main lobby is under renovation, access doors stayed unlocked all night, paint peeled from the bathroom wall, there was no exhaust fan, the bedroom window on the first floor was unlocked and one lock was broken, and a cigarette‑smoke smell lingered in a non‑smoking room.
