The hotel’s location was truly ideal, very convenient for getting around and enjoying Orlando. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was also comfortable, which is a plus despite the many flaws of the room. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was very disappointing. The room was old and would benefit from a renovation. The bathroom was in a catastrophic state: the water was never really hot, at best lukewarm or even cold. A constant ventilation noise was also very annoying. In addition, there was mold on the ceiling and water‑leakage stains, as the photos show. Cleaning was done very late, usually not before 5 p.m., which is far from ideal. Finally, the breakfast was quite limited, with very few options. It’s a shame because the location is excellent and the staff are pleasant, but the lack of maintenance and the bathroom condition severely hurt the quality of the stay. Renovation work and a boost in cleanliness would be truly necessary.

“Great two week stay”

Getting to Universal Studios and Island of Adventure was easy, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were spotless. Nothing else.

The room was roomy and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated that the sink was outside the room and the sofa and lounge area were great. The breakfast, however, was disappointing – only two egg options, hashbrowns, and some sausage, and the eggs tasted like they came from a box.

“great location and value for what was needed”

The location was good and breakfast was free. The room was damp and smelled musty upon arrival.
