“Buen hotel aunque cuidado con los bloqueos en la tarjeta”

The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly; the breakfast was American‑style. We really liked the hotel’s restaurant/bar, John J. Jeffries. After the room charge was posted to our card on the departure day, more than two weeks later a further hold for the same amount was still on the card. We sent an email but have yet to receive a reply.

The property is very well maintained, the rooms were clean and spacious and the covered parking was great

“Unlikely to return, sadly!”

Location, friendly staff. Been here many times. Always very good. This time the room was not properly vacuumed, had a bad musty odor … expect management trying to cut corners

“It was a great break from the traditional "box" hotel and I'd come back again.”

I was welcomed by an exceptionally friendly and helpful employee who checked me in and on her own initiative moved me to a better room than what I had been scheduled to use. I thought the hotel was interesting architecturally and loved it over a conventional box hotel. I also enjoyed the “arts” part of the hotel concept. Made me want to take up drawing again. The price point was a bit more than I would typically spend, but I thought it was worth it.
