We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is excellent — the hotel sits on a quiet street yet is still within easy walking distance of the city centre and the main attractions, making exploring Venice very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, feeling cosy, and we appreciated how quiet the area was, especially after a long day of walking around the city. A couple of small things could make the stay even better: there were no slippers in the room, and we encountered quite a few mosquitoes during our stay. A body spray on the floor was helpful, but mosquito repellents such as plug‑in devices (e.g. mosquito repellent machines) in the rooms would be a great addition. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily come back. Thank you for the hospitality and for making our visit to Venice so pleasant! ❤️

The location was good, but the property felt very outdated and the spaces were uncomfortable: in a small room they fit two uncomfortable beds with bad mattresses.

The location was exceptional, the place very clean, the price‑quality ratio very good, and the receptionist had a perfect attitude, a wonderful young man who was very attentive and pleasant. We will definitely return!
