A little dated, but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Baudette has several restaurants and is a big draw for outdoor activities, especially fishing and snowmobiling, and it's about an hour from Beltrami Island State Park.

Smooth check‑in, reception staff were friendly and offered great nearby dinner spots, breakfast had a nice variety, water pressure was good, and there was plenty of free parking. The entrance door from the parking lot is very heavy and hard to open with one hand while carrying items in the other.

Good value for an overnight stay on a roadtrip to the Northwest Angle, and the staff were very friendly.

The bed was comfortable. The bathtub was very slippery, breakfast options were lacking, and the stairs were a problem for my bad knee.
