“Spacious accommodation”

The hotel offers a two‑bedroom suite that’s ideal for a family road trip, but heavy footsteps from upstairs woke me up and the soundproofing needs improvement.

“It was okay.”

The location is great, the room is a nice size, and breakfast is free, but the room was unclean with hair everywhere, a dead bug in the hallway, no clean linens for the pull‑out bed, I called for 20 minutes and had to wait downstairs for someone to acknowledge me, and there was only one working elevator.

“Good stay but cleanliness could be better in main areas.”

I really liked the fire pit and the kids were thrilled by the pool area. The 3rd‑shift staff member was fantastic—super friendly and very accommodating. On the downside, the hallways weren’t vacuumed all weekend, and the dust bunnies around the phone fixtures were nasty. The big elevator was out of order, and the stairwells needed a clean‑up. Aside from those issues, the location was great.

“Once stay is enough to make us look elsewhere next time.”

Everything was pretty standard, nothing special, but the location suited our needs. The room was okay, though the mattress is close to needing replacement. The couch wasn’t very comfortable and a lounge chair would have helped. The TV was odd; you could only change channels one at a time. The bathroom was fine, but the toilet was too low and always blocked by the door. The shower was good. Breakfast was very good.
