The staff here really went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They had great connections with local services like limousines and laundry, which made a big difference. I was really impressed with the level of service I received.

Unfortunately, our room was a real letdown - it was dirty, and the cleaning staff didn't do a great job. When we first checked in, the floor was covered in dust and hair from the previous guests, and the toilet didn't work properly at night. It was a pretty miserable experience.

One of the best things about this hotel is its location - there are loads of great breakfast options nearby, and it's just a short walk to the old town and other tourist areas. The staff were also super helpful, booking tickets for me and making sure I had everything I needed. Communication was easy, even when I was struggling with the language.

On the plus side, our room was spacious and had a great view of the city - it was also in a really convenient location. But the floor could have been cleaner - it was a bit grimy, and could have used a good scrub. Still, it was a decent place to stay.

The hotel's location is a real plus, with great views of the city and new facilities that are a big improvement over older places. But unfortunately, our stay was marred by some pretty weak air conditioning in all four of our rooms - even when we cranked it up to 16 degrees, it just wasn't doing the trick.
