The staff were cleaning all the time, and checking in early was a big help. Minor issues arose, but the host fixed them quickly when we asked. Still, there are many small things that could use a touch-up. Overall, it’s good value for money.

The location is in a secure area, very quiet, and the space is clean. The only downside is that there is no covered parking, which could be improved.

Nothing. I booked a double room but was given a single room. Tried explaining to the host and showed him my double room booking confirmation but he brushed it off and said he doesn't have double rooms for that price. Why was it advertised on bookingcom then at that price? He did not even make an attempt to resolve the issue to ensure I was happy as a guest. Instead he sent me his price list which was different from what was on bookingcom. I was not impressed by this! This is misleading and false advertising!

No breakfast was offered, but the bathroom was plain and the shower curtain was missing, leaving a lack of privacy.
