I always stay at this hotel in Hanoi because the rooms are large and comfortable, but this time there was construction, no respect at all, with hammering, drills, and loud noise starting at six in the morning right above my room—six in the morning!

The room was clean and quiet, located well, but the safebox was loose and not secured to the wall or cabinet.
