I loved how beautiful, clean, and luxurious the hotel looked; the rooftop pool was a definite 10/10. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and I can’t complain about anything.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot, close to plenty of restaurants, and strolling around was a breeze. The place itself was spotless and offered some solid perks. However, a simple mix‑up that should have been fixed quickly turned into a nightmare: an employee had assured me I could check in early with no problems, but when I arrived there were numerous snags. The manager didn’t get in touch until after I’d checked out. On my second night, the room next to mine erupted into a major disturbance that required police intervention for eight hours, and when the manager finally called me, they were unwilling to offer any accommodation for the disruption.

The hotel’s location was great, and parking was available. The staff were friendly and helpful, the property was immaculate and had a pleasant scent, and the restaurant served delicious food with a flawless menu. Mike and Angel at the front desk were absolutely wonderful, especially Mike, who answered all my questions and is a main reason I’d return.
