We booked a room two days before arrival and received a confirmation. We had a late check‑in at 23.00, which the hotel confirmed. When we got there, we were told no rooms were available. We were already exhausted after driving from Batumi and were shocked that we weren’t warned, forcing us to look for a new place at night. The reception was very smoky and gave the impression of a roadside brothel rather than a hotel. Be careful when booking here.

The location suited my needs, but there was no WiFi and the staff never mentioned it. I had to stay until 20:00 and then scramble for another place with internet, even asking a food outlet employee for her personal WiFi. The hotel personnel were indifferent to my situation.
