We were welcomed by a very pleasant young lady and only stayed one night before heading home. The place was super quiet, spotless, and just a few minutes from Mc Donald’s, Ulew, and other local spots. From the second‑floor room you could see the volcano right outside, and beautiful plants lined the balcony. The rooms were bright, roomy, and the TV had a glitch, but Samuel was quick to help. Nothing negative to mention!

The property was spotlessly clean, had great kitchen amenities, and a fantastic location. The staff were excellent and very helpful. I did hear loud music outside the property at night, which kept me awake a bit; it wasn't the hotel’s fault, but it did affect my sleep slightly.
