The location was ideal for a holiday in Bologna. Daniele was very understanding and let us sleep in a free room that was better than the one we had booked! He also recommended many local addresses and typical Bologna restaurants, which really improved our stay. Finally, coffee and fresh water were available, and the bathroom was spotless. Nothing to add.

The apartment was small, with two separate rooms, a shared shower and toilet. The host was very kind. The kitchen had coffee, tea, snacks and water.

The location was close to many restaurants, shops, not far from the city centre, and very near a park with a lake. The owner was very honest and friendly. No further comments.

There was no air‑conditioning, so during the heatwave the room was extremely hot. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and we were asked to pay for city taxes that we had already paid by card.
