The exterior was good. The price was too high. A few days earlier, we rented a different apartment with Euro‑style renovation for the same price.

Breakfast is included in the stay price, but there is no buffet. Breakfast consists of two fried eggs, ham, cabbage salad, a roll, butter, and coffee – the coffee is not tasty. You can separately buy pancakes with cheese or jam. Towels and sheets are clean and white. Soap and shampoo are provided daily, and towels are changed every day. The price for the accommodation, especially for two, is not high. There is a free ironing service on a separate floor. The coffee at breakfast is not tasty. The rooms feel like Soviet‑era rooms, with appropriate equipment that matches the price. The bed is narrow.

I was greeted warmly, got quick explanations, and when I asked to check in early they responded fast and were ready for guests. The walls were plastered, a wall next to the bed had some paint, numbers were drawn on the walls, windows needed cleaning, and at night the alarm light flickered above the bed—so when I tried to sleep I kept seeing flashes over my head, no sleep. Sound insulation was low; I could hear neighboring guests entering or chatting in their rooms.

We stayed a week in a double room with a child, and the hotel’s location was great, the staff friendly—especially at reception, housekeeping, and the café during breakfasts. The carpet needs professional cleaning; mold at the grout between tiles in the shower is unsightly, and the doors slam loudly—I’m sure a simple sealant would quiet them. Right now you hear every visitor on the floor.
